We asked the court to recognize the clients’ right to reconstruct their part of the house without the co-owner’s consent.
The court granted our claim in full and recognized the clients’ right to carry out the reconstruction without the defendant’s consent. The appellate court rejected the defendant’s appeal and awarded our clients all litigation costs.
A co-owner refused consent to reconstruct an unfinished house. The court recognized our clients’ right to proceed without that consent, and the appellate court upheld the decision.
