What data we process
Our website has no forms and does not ask you to submit personal data. When you call or email us, you choose what to share, such as your first and last name, phone number, email address, and details of your situation.
How we use your data
We use your data only to arrange a consultation, respond to your inquiry, and handle related correspondence. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties unless required by law.
Our legal basis for processing
We process your data at your request to arrange a consultation and respond to your inquiry before entering into a legal services agreement, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to arrange the consultation and complete the correspondence. If no legal services agreement is entered into, we keep it for no more than one year after the last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, or object to its processing. Use the contact details above to submit a request. If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and third-party services
Our website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Most pages display a Google map near the bottom. The map loads when you scroll close to it, or immediately on the contact page. At that point, Google receives your IP address and browser data. Fonts are served from our own website. Google’s terms of service and privacy policy apply to the map. The browser stores one technical flag to prevent the introductory animation from playing on every page. This flag is deleted when you close the browser tab.
