Our client could not purchase the residential plot allocated to her beneath buildings she owned. The National Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture had restored ownership rights to the same plot to a third party.

The dispute concerned whether the National Land Service could make that decision regarding land beneath the client’s buildings. We prepared a complaint asking Vilnius Regional Administrative Court to overturn it.

Vilnius Regional Administrative Court granted the client’s complaint and awarded her all litigation costs.

Outcome

The complaint succeeded: the National Land Service’s decision was overturned, and the client was awarded all litigation costs.
