Court confirms acceptance of an inheritance through possession and management of the property
Stage at which the case concluded

The issue was whether their actions amounted to acceptance of the inheritance. We prepared a court application to establish legally significant facts and gathered evidence of the clients’ active management of the property.
The court found those actions proved and established that the clients had accepted their inheritances after their relatives’ deaths by taking possession of and managing the property.
The court established the legally significant facts confirming that the clients had accepted their inheritances through possession and management of the inherited property.
